The demographic profile of our buyers may be the same as those who choose Tahoe, Colorado Resorts, or the Carolinas, but their psychographics are very different. To get them to North Idaho, the challenge is to identify and connect with the prospect that is right for our market – an area physically and environmentally more rugged than most others.
